The Charisela quantitative insulin assay is a bead-based fluorescent flow cytometry assay specifically designed to expedite islet research by replacing traditional ELISA assays.

The assay features:
  1. Samples ready for analysis in about 1 hour
  2. Quantitation of high concentration insulin levels without dilution
  3. Simple protocol with 1 wash step
  4. Wide dynamic range of human insulin
  5. Only 5 components with 1x working solutions for your convenience
For human, primate, porcine and rodent insulins.
Assay range:  1 mU/mL – 1,000 mU/mL
